THE DETAILS

Master mixologists impart expert info to aspiring barkeeps at the Royal Bartending School. Talented tapsters get hands-on training in the shaken, not stirred world of professional pouring. The comprehensive, two-week program covers everything from equipment, glassware, garnishes, highballs, shooters, sours, blended, mixed and tropical drinks. Learned liquoristas lead lectures in bar set-up, soda-gun practice runs and more complex drink drills. 40 hours of intensive training culminates with free job placement assistance and unlimited, future refresher courses.
